Porter will lead Company’s financial operations in the next phase of growth.
New York – December 15, 2020 – HHAeXchange, (or “the Company”), a leading provider of homecare management software for payers and providers, announced today that it has named Jason Porter as its chief financial officer (CFO). Porter will be responsible for leading the Company’s finance and related functions and will collaborate with its executive leadership team to drive all strategic initiatives.
For the past six years, Porter has served as the CFO of Alegeus, a healthcare technology company in the consumer-directed benefits space. During that time, he helped guide Alegeus to exponential growth. His proven expertise in leading growth initiatives, financings, and strategic transactions, combined with his extensive experience in the software and technology industries, will enable him to help propel HHAeXchange through its next phase of growth.
“HHAeXchange has experienced rapid growth over the last several years,” said Greg Strobel, CEO of HHAeXchange. “As such, we are now at the point of needing a dedicated and proven chief financial officer to enhance our executive leadership team. Jason’s strong track record of driving results-oriented strategies and accelerating growth and expansion in businesses make him the perfect addition to our team. We are excited to welcome him as CFO.”
Porter holds nearly 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and consulting. Prior to Alegeus, he was a partner at CFGI, a financial consulting firm, where he helped companies transform their finance functions, complete acquisitions, and enter public markets. After starting his career in accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Porter has also held various financial leadership roles in public and privately held companies.
“HHAeXchange is well-positioned to continue to scale its market leadership,” said Porter. “I’m excited to be joining such an accomplished team at this stage and contributing to HHAeXchange’s important mission of improving outcomes for payers and providers.”
Porter, who is based in Boston and will report directly to Strobel, earned his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Bentley University and is a certified public accountant.
