Specifically, HHAeXchange has expanded its services in several states, welcomed five new partners to its Partner Connect Program, and officially launched Care Insights for Payers, a solution that enables payers to leverage caregivers’ visit frequency with members to capture change in condition alerts and social determinants of health (SDOH) observations. The increase in growth has been driven in part by the COVID-19 pandemic, as more than 80% of adults now prefer to remain in their homes and communities as they age and favor a home setting over a nursing home or other institutional setting.
