Tseng will lead company’s technology organization in next phase of growth.

New York – July 9, 2019  HHAeXchange, (“HHAX” or “the Company”), a leading provider of homecare management software for payers and providers, today announced that it has named Lou Tseng to serve as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Tseng, who previously served as CTO at Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions (AMPS), will be responsible for leading HHAeXchange’s global technology organization as the company positions itself for greater scalability and growth.

Prior to AMPS, Tseng served as Vice President, Technology Operations and Big Data Services for MedeAnalytics, where he oversaw data professional services and cloud operations for more than 200 employees across three global locations. Tseng will leverage his experience in transforming the MedeAnalytics technology organization, where he standardized the system architecture, implemented agile practices, migrated the product suite to the cloud, and revamped network operations, in his new role with HHAeXchange.

“I am very excited to welcome Lou to our senior leadership team as we continue to invest heavily in our technology infrastructure,” said Greg Strobel, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President at HHAeXchange. “Lou is joining at a critical time in the next phase of HHAeXchange’s growth on the heels of our new partnership with Cressey & Co. His technical data and cloud skills, as well as his experience working on both the payer and provider sides of healthcare, will help drive enhanced scalability and innovation across the technology organization.”

Tseng has been in the healthcare IT field for his entire career and has led engineering, professional data services, and cloud operations at companies including MedeAnalytics, AthenaHealth, and Harris-CAREfx Healthcare. Most of Tseng’s professional experience and accomplishments have focused on building and developing high technology client solutions for fast-growing, uniquely positioned organizations that are poised, as HHAX is, to advance to the next level of technical innovation and delivery.

“HHAeXchange is at a pivotal point in its evolution as a company, and its technology infrastructure is paramount to its continued success,” said Tseng. “I’m excited to be joining such a talented team in continuing to build on the incredibly innovative offering HHAeXchange has created for payers and providers.”

Tseng, who will be based in Texas and report to Ken Ernsting, HHAeXchange’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), earned his undergraduate degree at National Taiwan University and his master’s degree in Information Sciences from the University of Arizona.

In conjunction with Tseng’s arrival, HHAX has also strengthened its leadership team with the appointments of Brian Portewig as Vice President of Client Implementation & Adoption and Jesse Weiss as Vice President of Product Management.
