This is a big year for HHAeXchange. For the third consecutive year, Inc. Magazine has ranked our organization on its annual Inc. 5000, a prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment – its independent small and mid-sized businesses. This is a tremendous honor as well-known names including Microsoft, Dell, Pandora, LinkedIn and Yelp gained their first national exposure on the Inc. 5000 list. HHAeXchange was ranked #2840 with a whopping 120 percent three-year growth.

While this is a tremendous honor, it doesn’t change our goal to continually get better to help our customers deliver the best possible home care. From technology to customer service, we have a road map in place to ensure that home care agencies are equipped to grow their businesses as well.

The 2017 Inc. 5000 is the most competitive crop in the list’s history. The average company on the list achieved a mind-blowing three-year average growth of 481 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $206 billion and the companies on the list collectively generated 619,500 jobs over the past three years.

Home care is an industry that we believe is incredibly important to the future of health care in our country. More than ever, it is crucial that home care agencies have a streamlined process in place to handle the influx of members requiring care. A personalized interface that automates daily tasks allows an agency’s employees to focus on the work that matters most: Taking care of members. Technology that also makes performance metrics and staff assessment tools more transparent allow agencies to identify any strengths and weaknesses, so they know what to expect and address in the years ahead. An agency equipped with the right tools can step away from the details and focus on the needs of our nation’s aging population.

With this in mind, we are pushing ourselves into a high-growth phase in order to ensure that more agencies have access to the HHAeXchange Agency Management Solution. As the average age in the U.S. continues to rise, home care will become a crucial factor in reducing hospital admissions, lowering overall health care costs and allowing the most vulnerable populations to stay in their homes longer. We believe that our technology will help make that process even more efficient.
