Raphael Nadel

Raphael Nadel, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Raphael is the visionary behind HHAeXchange and a key driver behind product direction and management. His background includes entrepreneurial roles at several high growth companies, providing a myriad of diverse solutions within the health care sector. Raphael also founded Reliance Service Provider, a business intelligence solution for the consumer packaged goods industry. His other achievements include serving as chief technology officer for RetailClick and Senior Project Manager at Kinetica. Raphael earned his Bachelor of Science at Bar Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel.

Greg Strobel

Greg Strobel, President
Greg is a seasoned senior executive having spent over 25 years in the healthcare software and services industry. He has a broad spectrum of experience in both the public and private sectors. He previously served as divisional President at MedAssets, a $700M NASDAQ healthcare performance improvement company focusing on front-line business development and senior operations. Prior to MedAssets, Greg served in several senior level healthcare sales and operational roles at McKesson, Health Management Systems, and Ernst and Young.

Steve Vaccaro, Chief Operating Officer
Steve is a results-driven senior executive with over 25 years of Healthcare cost containment experience in both the Payor and Provider markets.  He has a proven track record of success in executive leadership, sales, service delivery, strategic planning, project management, P&L management, product development, and acquisition integration.  Previously he held various senior executive roles for HMS Holdings Corp, a $500M publicly traded company.  His final role at HMS Holding Corp. was to successfully build a new Program Integrity vertical into an $80M enterprise servicing Payor clients in the State Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care and Commercial healthplan space.  In addition to his client, product and operational expertise, Steve is also highly experienced in M&A, having been a key executive in many transactions.

Tom Meyer, Chief Program Integrity Officer
As Chief Program Integrity Officer, Tom Meyer ensures HHAX’s platform helps all home care stakeholders comply with state regulations and prevent fraud, waste and abuse. His responsibilities include working with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), state Medicaid professionals and HHAX customers to demonstrate the value of and need for a robust and collaborative platform in home care. With more than 30 years in the information technology and healthcare industries, Tom brings decades of public sector and leadership experience to the role. He previously served as New York State’s Acting Medicaid Inspector General, where he was responsible for monitoring fraud, waste and abuse in the healthcare system, with a specific focus on home care, and managed a staff of more than 300.

Jacob Sebastian

Jacob Sebastian, Chief Technology Officer
Jacob manages technology development and oversees systems architecture for HHAeXchange. Jacob has over 18 years of experience developing mission critical applications in various sectors including Healthcare. He has authored several books and articles on database management systems, presented in various international technology conferences and recipient of Microsoft’s MVP award for 8 successive years. Jacob’s prior experience includes roles with Saltriver Infosystems as Group Project Manager and Pioneer Systems as a Project Manager and Developer.

Mary Maloney

Mary Maloney, Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts
As Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Mary Maloney leads business development, sales and key account initiatives for HHAeXchange’s payer software platform. To this role she brings over 20 years’ knowledge building global B2B healthcare and technology brands. This includes growing her own management consulting firm to successful acquisition. Her experience includes C-level executive role for Care Monitoring 2000, Persystent Software, Numara Software, and Intuit. She is also a previous winner of the International Athena Award.

Scott Schwartz, Vice President of Sales
Scott Schwartz is responsible for regional sales and operations for HHAeXchange, with a focus on expanding the company’s provider market presence and capitalizing on the organization’s industry-leading technology and home care offering. Schwartz works with the executive team to establish and nurture provider sales processes and open new regional markets for expansion. Scott has an extensive background in leadership and sales for SaaS-based companies, including CampSite, OrderGroove, Indian Head Camp and Ducon Technologies Inc.

Diane DiMuria, RN, BSN

Diane DiMuria, RN, BSN, Director of Clinical Informatics and Compliance Officer
Diane is an expert clinician with advanced system development expertise. Designing and overseeing HHAeXchange’s innovative clinical management system, she ensures that quality measures and regulations are fully adhered to. Diane has an extensive nursing background that ranges from being a med/surg and ER nurse to more than 20 years of experience in the homecare setting. Diane’s qualifications include senior management roles at Revival Home Health Care and Brooklyn Hospital Homecare, where she was the principal architect of a complete EMR system and managed the agency’s Medicaid and Medicare regulatory requirements.

Desmond Martinez

Desmond Martinez, Director of Implementations & Sales
Desmond provides a dedicated focus on business development and software implementation. His responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting software demos, and overseeing the entire implementation and training process for each client from start to finish. With 14 years in the Healthcare/Software industry, Desmond possesses a strong background in EMR technology and sales. Past positions include Director of Sales for an EMR software company, implementation and sales for physician and hospital-based software programs, and hospital-based sales for a pharmaceutical company. He is a graduate of the State University of Albany and holds a BS in Communication and Business.
